– Sales Supervisor

– Cook (Juru Masak) Catering Karyawan
– Staff Admin & Purchasing Catering Karyawan

Sales Supervisor
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
– Membina hubungan yang solid dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan penjualan yang berkelanjutan.
– Mengidentifikasi customer potensial untuk memperluas area penjualan dan memperbanyak Register Outlet
– Mengaplikasikan strategi sales yang paling efektif untuk setiap daerah penjualan yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan.
– Bekerjasama dengan tim Sales Force dalam menjalankan strategi penjualan.
– Melakukan Sales visit rutin sesuai target yang telah ditentukan
– Memastikan tercapainya target yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
Kriteria :
– Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3
– Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Supervisor minimal 2 tahun
– Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan keterampilan penjualan konsultatif.
– Keterampilan analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang sangat baik.
– Memiliki komunikasi yang sangat baik
– Berorientasi pada pelanggan dan target
– Jujur, memiliki keinginan untuk berkembang dan semangat yang kuat

Staff PPIC
Kriteria :
– Pria, Usia Maks 30 tahun
– Minimal Lulusan D3 Peternakan/Teknik Industri
– Diutamakan berpengalaman Min. 1 tahun sebagai PPIC di slaughterhouse/RPA/Manufaktur
– memahami tentang perunggasan (ayam) menjadi nilai tambah
– Mampu beradaptasi dengan baik di lingkungan kerja fast-paced work
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
– memonitor Stok barang dan akurasi stok barang yang tersedia
– memastikan stok barang sesuai dan dalam kondisi yang baik
– melakukan perencanaan produksi berdasarkan marketing plan
– Melakukan penyusunan perencanaan proses produksi dan mengawasi realisasinya
– berkoordinasi dengan bagian terkait untuk kelancaran proses produksi
– membuat laporan hasil proses produksi, Stok barang, dan kondisi barang

Cook (Juru Masak) Catering Karyawan
Kriteria :
– Pendidikan Minimal SMA/SMK
– Berpengalaman memasak di Catering Perusahaan/Rumah sakit/Umum dan terbiasa memasak dalam jumlah banyak
– Bersedia bekerja Shift / Split
– Mampu dalam menghitung Cost Product & rencana pembelian bahan baku
– Bisa mengolah masakan Nusantara, olahan ayam, olahan telur dan sayuran.

Staff Admin & Purchasing Catering Karyawan
Kriteria :
– Pendidikan Min. SMK Boga
– Mengerti Proses Administrasi/Pembukuan untuk Catering/Rumah Makan
– Paham terkait pembuatan Cost Product & Pembelian bahan baku
– Pengalaman lebih diutamakan
