Job Description

PT. Ratu Oceania Raya saat ini sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk mengisi lowker di Jogja dan menempati posisi berikut :

Receptionist, Phone Operator & Administrative Support

Qualification :
- English Proficiency    
- Female preferred 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.    
- Proven experience in administrative or front office roles minimum 1 year    
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word & Excel )    
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.    
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.    

What are your responsibilities? 
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front office, welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls professionally.    
- Receive, organize, and manage physical and electronic documents related to recruitment and crew management.    
- Review CVs received from the company website  for initial screening and categorization.    
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.    
- Assisting for Office events    
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as required by the management.
