Junior Admin Staff

- Able to coordinate well with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Clear and concise in conveying information.
Basic Organizational & Digital Skills :
- Capable of operating basic software like Google Sheet, Docs, Calendar, and creating online meeting links.
- Thorough and detail-oriented in data management.
Problem-Solving :
- Able to overcome challenges and find solutions in scheduling situations.

Jobdesc :
- Maintaining and updating digital workflows and client dashboard systems.
- Utilizing digital tools (including AI) for administrative task efficiency, analysis, and recommendations.
- Performing management of important verbal and logistical data.
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure schedule availability.
- Handling and managing complaints related to client scheduling.
- Compiling, managing, and monitoring client agendas in full.
- Implementing risk mitigation strategies through data completeness.
- Preparing and ensuring the completeness of documents for the event day.
- Delivering presentations on learned milestones.

- Previous experience in event and organizations is preferred

Jobdesc :
- Managing the actual event to ensure it runs smoothly according to the rundown.
- Coordinating with vendors and provide support to the client's families throughout the event.
- Manage catering, makeup, attire, and other vendor services to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
