Shop at Blow saat ini sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk mengisi lowongan kerja di Jogja dan menempati posisi berikut :

Fashion Store Manager

Requirements :
- 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail/POS systems
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays as required
- Based in Yogyakarta

Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Willing to undergo training in other cities and be assigned to any store location
