– Cost Control
– Supervisor
– Cook Helper
– Cook

Cost Control
Qualification :
– Manage and carry out the inventory process every month
– Implement all cost control policies and procedures to all departments and ensure all inventory counting along with supporting evidence or documents
– Reviewer – Comprehensive. Ensuring the correctness of every transaction (especially spending / purchasing transactions)
– Comparing data
– Double Control

Supervisor
Qualification :
– Manage Subordinate Staff
– Able to Explain Job Description Well
– Conducting Briefing or Briefing to Subordinate Staff
– Controlling and Providing Evaluatio

Cook Helper
Qualification :
– Maintaining high standards of hygiene
– Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
– Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
– Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation

Cook
Qualification :
– Monitoring portion and waste control
– Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
– Managing and training any Commis Chefs
– Assisting with the management of health and safety
– Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
