The Westlake Resort is a secret hideaway in Yogyakarta, we are now seeking qualified candidates to join our wonderful team for these several positions :

- Chef De Partie (Hot Kitchen)
- Chef De Partie (Pastry)
- Cook Hot Kitchen
- Cook Cold Kitchen

Chef De Partie (Hot Kitchen)
- Gender: Male.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in same position.
- Skills: Good cooking technique and presentation.
Understand food safety and basic kitchen hygiene.
Strong leadership skills.
- Willingness: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Possess good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.

Chef De Partie (Pastry)
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience ( Pastry/Demi Chef)
- Skills: Proficient in pastry, bakery, cakes, desserts, and basic decoration.
Understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP.
Knowledgeable in stock control, food cost, and waste management.
- Willingness: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Possess good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.

Cook Hot Kitchen
- Gender: Male, maximum 35 years old.
- Education: Minimum vocational school (SMK).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in same position.
- Skills: Strong expertise in Banquet operations.
- Requirement: Mastery in Asian & Indonesian Cuisine.

Cook Cold Kitchen
- Gender: Female.
- Education: Minimum vocational school (SMK).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Garde Manger (hotel experience is an added advantage).
- Skills: Proficient in basic cold kitchen operations, salads, appetizers, dressings, and sandwiches. Knowledgeable in food hygiene and sanitation.
- Requirement: Able to work effectively in a team and under pressure possesses a good attitude, high discipline, strong sense of responsibility.

General Requirements for All Positions: non-smoking lifestyle.
