RdM has 2 (two) major choices: Culinary Arts and F&B Services which offer job opportunities for students a career in the hotel industry or cruise ships both local and international.

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Marketing Support)

Qualifications & experience :
- Experience in administrative job role for a minimum of 1 year
- Min. D3 or S1 in Secretary/Hospitality/Marketing 
- English speaking
- Good understanding of administration and the office environment generally. Marketing experience is a plus.  
- High integrity and honesty in all dealings
- Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ms. office skills
- Preferred Domicile in Yogyakarta and Central Java area

Tasks & responsibilities :
- Provide general administrative activities to the organization, including filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements, looking after visitors & assisting with general reception and telephone duties
- Assist the Line Manager in making improvements and implementing required changes
- Assist the Line Manager in liaising with external agencies about administration matters
- Reporting (content and format as agreed) every month as agreed
- Achieve agreed personal targets and assist the Line Manager in achieving team targets (marketing supports)
- Ensure compliance with agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety
- maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact the organization and/or its clients/customers to the Line Manager
- Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
- Interact and cooperate with all members of the organization and its suppliers and clients/customers
